How Stroom works, and how to make it work for your data.
Stroom collects, normalises, searches and alerts on machine data. These pages explain how it does that.
New to Stroom? Get started takes you from installing it to a working dashboard. Then read Concepts: feeds, pipelines, indexes and state stores are the vocabulary everything else is written in.
Guides are task-shaped: getting data in, translating it, searching it, and turning a search into a rule that keeps running. Reference is the lists to look things up in, most of them generated from the Stroom source. Operate is for whoever runs the system, and covers users and permissions, nodes and jobs, and what to do when something is wrong.
